PUMPKIN BROWNIES with cream cheese frosting
INGREDIENTS 1-15 oz can pumpkin 1 c vegetable oil 4 eggs 2 c sugar 2 c flour 1 t baking soda 1 t baking powder 1 t cinnamon 1/2 t salt DIRECTIONS Beat eggs, oil, pumpkin and sugar. Stir balance of ingredients until evenly mixed. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan (I used generic Pam and nothing sticks). Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until outer springs back when touched. Serve with whipped topping or a cream cheese frosting. Chopped nuts can be tossed on top of frosting. CREAM CHEESE FROSTING INGREDIENTS 1/2 c softened butter 8 oz cream cheese 4 cups confectioners sugar 2 t vanilla extract DIRECTIONS Beat butter and cream cheese until smooth.
