Instructions 1. In a medium saucepan, combine the vinegar and
cornstarch; mix until cornstarch is dissolved. 2. Add the brown sugar and butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring until thickened. 3. Add the carrots and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, or until heated through. Serve immediately. Serves: 4
