Welcome to the Baxter County Master Gardeners (BCMG) Website!   We encourage you to explore the site leisurely.  There's a lot of information here that we're sure you'll find of interest.

​And we're sure you're first question is, "What is a Master Gardener?"  For an in depth view of who we are and what we do, I refer you to the tab at the top of the page, 'About Master Gardeners'.  But to put it just into a few words, our purpose is to 'HELP OTHERS GROW'.  

​Gardeners are by nature sharing people....sharing knowledge, techniques, plants, our time and efforts......with each other and with the community.  Master Gardeners have eight display garden projects throughout Baxter County that we maintain, each with a different focus.  All eight are listed under the Garden Projects tab at the top of the page.  All will show you plants that thrive in our hot, dry summers.
