Buddy message Blog
It was a chilly Saturday morning at the Farmers Market but even without a full showing of vendors we had a fair number of people out for the day.
Margareta Schmutzler, Betsy Durham, Joanne Ragsdale, Bob and Donna Munson as well as Jan Halligan and myself were all present.
We missed Sheila and Jim Barlow and send best wishes to Jim in the hospital and hope he is doing well.
We had examples of various homemade seedling starter pots to show to the browsers and managed to give away a few catalogs and seed packets and give out a few calendars as well as sign up several folks for the newsletter and information on becoming a Master Gardener.
Betsy wowed me with her ability to put together an origami seedling pot that had me baffled for weeks.
The kids that stopped by were more interested in the newspaper pulp starter pots and left with several of the examples.
A fun morning - hope you can join us or stop by next Saturday, May 6th.
